Refund Policy

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are entitled to return the product within 60 days of the date of receipt and receive a full refund.

Conditions for returns:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging or in equivalent condition.
• For hygiene reasons, products that have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate their function will not be accepted for return, unless the product is defective.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving and approving the returned item, to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
